摘 要:目的分析三维打印数字化无牙颌个别托盘在义齿修复中的临床应用价值。方法30例无牙颌义齿修复患者,随机分为参照组与研究组,各15例。研究组应用三维打印数字化制作无牙颌个别托盘,参照组应用传统手工光固化法制作无牙颌个别托盘。对比两组个别托盘制作时间、患者及医师满意度。结果研究组患者个别托盘制作时间(28.14±3.02)min,短于参照组的(32.35±2.59)min,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者对咀嚼功能、稳定性、固位性、舒适度的满意度分别为80.00%、86.67%、86.67%、80.00%高于参照组的40.00%、40.00%、40.00%、33.33%,医师对基托边缘伸展、稳定性、固位性满意度分别为80.00%、86.67%、86.67%,高于参照组的33.33%、46.67%、46.67%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在义齿修复过程中应用三维打印数字化无牙颌个别托盘,能够缩短个别托盘制作时间,并提升患者、医师满意度,显著优于传统无牙颌个别托盘制作方法,具有推广使用价值。Objective To analyze the clinical value of three-dimensional printing digital edentulous individual tray in denture restoration.Methods A total of 30 patients with edentulous denture restoration were randomly divided into reference group and research group,with 15 cases in each group.The research group applied three-dimensional printing digital system to make edentulous individual tray,and the reference group applied traditional manual light-curing method to make edentulous individual tray.The production time of individual tray,and clinical satisfaction of patients and physicians were compared between the two groups.Results The production time of individual tray(28.14±3.02)min of the research group was shorter than(32.35±2.59)min of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of patients with masticatory function,stability,retention and comfort of in the research group were 80.00%,86.67%,86.67%,80.00%,which were higher than 40.00%,40.00%,40.00%,33.33%in the reference group;the satisfaction rate of doctors with base edge extension,stability and retention in the research group were 80.00%,86.67%,86.67%,which were higher than 33.33%,46.67%,46.67%in the reference group.All the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Application of three-dimensional printing digital edentulous individual tray in denture restoration can shorten production time of individual tray and improve the satisfaction of patients and doctors.It is significantly better than traditional edentulous individual trays.It has the value of application and popularization.
