摘　　要：“德法兼修”理念是高校法学教育落实卓越法治人才教育培养计划、践行习近平法治思想、坚持立德树人高校使命的应有之意,其对法治人才培养机制提出了更高的要求。法学教育的“德法兼修”与社会治理的“德法兼治”具有共同的思想政治基础,新时代的法治人才既要从内心信仰法治,成为法治文明的接棒人,又要勇于投身法治实践,成为全面依法治国的践行者。只有在法律条文中适度兼顾道德精神,才能充分体现法治的温度和道德旨归。面对当前法治人才培养机制存在的传统教育模式应用局限、跨学科交叉培养模式有待完善等现实困境,高校应依照“理论逻辑—价值逻辑—实践逻辑”的总体思路,以专业知识带动思政价值理念,并最终落脚于法治实践,实现知识育人、铸魂育人、实践育人的有机融合,在“德法兼修”的价值引领下构建法治人才培养机制。The concept of“moral and legal cultivation”is the due meaning of college legal education to implement the education training plan for outstanding legal talents,to practice Xi Jinping’s thoughts on the rule of law,and to adhere to the university mission of establishing morality.It puts forward higher requirements for the training mechanism of legal talents.The“moral and legal cultivation”in legal education and the“moral and legal governance”in social governance have a common ideological and political foundation,the rule of law talents in the new era must not only believe in the rule of law from their heart,and act as the successor of the rule of law civilization,but also have the courage to devote themselves to judicial practice and become practitioners of the rule of law in an all-round way,only by taking into account the moral spirit in the cold legal provisions can the temperature of the rule of law and the moral purport be fully reflected.Facing the practical difficulties of the current legal talent training mechanism,such as the limitations of the traditional education model and the need to improve the interdisciplinary training model,colleges and universities should follow the general idea of“theoretical logic-value logic-practical logic”to promote the teaching of ideological and political values with professional knowledge,and finally settle in the practice of the rule of law,to achieve the organic integration of knowledge education,soul education,and practical education,gradually building the proper way of training mechanism of legal talents under the value guidance of“moral and legal cultivation”.
