摘  要:目的观察低聚果糖、乳果糖及双歧杆菌三联活菌治疗孕妇便秘及孕晚期脂代谢异常的临床效果。方法回顾性分析2019年3月至2020年5月在郑州大学第二附属医院产科卧床保胎的120例便秘合并高脂血症患者的临床资料,根据干预方法分为对照(C)组、低聚果糖(FOS)组、乳果糖(LAC)组和益生菌(BTV)组,各30例。C组接受单纯饮食指导,FOS组口服低聚果糖,LAC组口服乳果糖口服溶液,BTV组口服双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊。治疗21 d后,比较4组患者便秘改善情况、临床疗效、血脂水平及不良反应发生情况。结果与C组相比,LAC组、FOS组及BTV组便秘改善总有效率提高(P<0.05)。治疗后,LAC、FOS组TC、TG水平下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与C组比较,治疗后FOS组HDL、LDL水平下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。各组间不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论FOS和LAC均能改善孕晚期便秘,FOS还能改善孕晚期脂代谢异常,具有一定安全性,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the clinical effects of fructo-oligosaccharides,lactulose and bifidobacterium triple viable on constipation and dyslipidemia in pregnant women of the third trimester of pregnancy.Methods A total of 120 patients with bed-contained fetus-preserving constipation and hyperlipidemia in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from March 2019 to May 2020 were divided into control(C)group and fructo-oligosaccharides(FOS)group,lactulose(LAC)group and bifidobacterium triple viable(BTV)group,30 cases in each group.The clinical efficacy,the improvement of constipation,the level of plasma lipid and adverse reactions were compared.Results The effective rate of constipation improvement of LAC,FOS and BTV group were higher than that in C group(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of TC and TG of LAC,FOS group were lower than before treatment(P<0.05).The level of HDL,LDL of FOS group were lower than that in C group(P<0.05).Conclusion FOS and LAC can improve constipation in pregnant women,and FOS also can improve the dyslipidemia in pregnant women of the third trimester of pregnancy,and has certain security,which are worthy of clinical promotion.
