凝血酶冻干粉联合奥美拉唑治疗消化道溃疡出血的临床效果及纤维蛋白原变化探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨凝血酶冻干粉联合奥美拉唑治疗消化道溃疡出血的临床效果及纤维蛋白原变化。方法选取我院消化内科2018年1月至2019年1月收治的消化道溃疡出血患者66例,将患者分为研究组(n=33)与对照组(n=33),研究组患者采用凝血酶冻干粉联合奥美拉唑治疗,对照组患者采用奥美拉唑治疗,分析两组患者临床治疗效果与纤维蛋白原变化。结果研究组患者临床治疗总有效率较对照组患者高,纤维蛋白原水平较对照组低,数据对比皆具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论消化道溃疡出血患者采用凝血酶冻干粉联合奥美拉唑治疗临床效果较好,有利于降低患者纤维蛋白原水平。Objective To explore the clinical effect and fibrinogen change of thrombin freeze-dried powder combined with omeprazole in the treatment of peptic ulcer bleeding.Methods A total of 66 patients with gastrointestinal ulcer bleeding admitted to the Department of Gastroenterology in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected.The patients were divided into a study group(n=33)and a control group(n=33).Patients in the study group were treated with thrombin freeze-dried powder combined with omeprazole.Patients in the control group were treated with omeprazole,and the clinical treatment effects and fibrinogen changes of the two groups were analyzed.Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the fibrinogen level was lower than that in the control group,the data comparison was statistically significant,P<0.05.Conclusion The clinical effect of thrombin freeze-dried powder combined with omeprazole in patients with gastrointestinal ulcer bleeding is better,which is beneficial to reduce the patient's fibrinogen level.
