摘　　要：目的探讨胃癌的早期临床诊断检测患者临床血清癌胚抗原(CEA)、患者临床糖类抗原72-4(CA72-4)和患者临床糖类抗原19-9(CA19-9)的意义研究。方法选取2018年1月至2019年1月在大连市中医医院的80例临床患者,40例为病理诊断为胃癌的临床试验组,另外40例为胃黏膜良性病变患者作为临床对照组,测定两组血清CEA、CA72-4和CA19-9临床水平以比较肿瘤标志物单一联合临床检测对胃癌临床诊断阳性率的影响。结果试验组患者的CEA、CA72-4和CA19-9临床阳性率明显高于对照组患者,具有临床统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者CEA、CA72-4和CA19-9指标浓度明显高于对照组患者,具有临床统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论CEA、CA72-4和CA19-9对于胃癌的早期临床诊断有效,且肿瘤标志物的临床联合检测可以提高胃癌临床检测的敏感性。Objective To investigate the significance of early clinical diagnosis of gastric cancer by detecting clinical serum carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),clinical carbohydrate antigen 72-4(CA72-4)and clinical carbohydrate antigen 19-9(CA19-9).Methods Eighty clinical patients in Dalian Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected,40 were in the clinical experimental group with pathological diagnosis of gastric cancer,and the other 40 were in the clinical control group with benign lesions of gastric mucosa.The clinical levels of serum CEA,CA72-4 and CA19-9 in the two groups were measured to compare the effect of single combined clinical detection of tumor markers on the positive rate of clinical diagnosis of gastric cancer.Results The clinical positive rates of CEA,CA72-4 and CA19-9 in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the concentrations of CEA,CA72-4 and CA19-9 in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion CEA,CA72-4 and CA19-9 are effective for the early clinical diagnosis of gastric cancer,and the combined clinical detection of tumor markers can improve the sensitivity of clinical detection of gastric cancer.
