母婴床旁护理模式在产科护理中的价值分析

摘　　要：目的探究分析母婴床旁护理模式在产科护理中的价值。方法选择我院于2017年5月至2018年5月收治的100例分娩产妇作为此次研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和护理组,每组50例,其中对照组产妇实施常规产科护理,护理组采用母婴床旁护理模式进行护理,对比分析两组产妇对护理的满意度及新生儿母乳喂养成功率。结果通过研究分析,护理组的产妇对护理的满意度明显高于对照组,且新生儿母乳喂养的成功率也远高于对照组,两组研究数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论母婴床旁护理模式应用于产科护理,其护理效果显著,有效的提高了产妇对护理的满意度和新生儿母乳喂养成功率,有助于产妇产后恢复,在产妇了解掌握新生儿护理知识方面起到了重大作用,具有较高的推广应用价值。Objective To explore the value of maternal and infant bedside care model in obstetric care.Methods The 100 cases of maternal births admitted to our hospital from May 2017 to May 2018 were selected as the subjects of this study.They were randomly divided into 50 cases in the control group and 50 cases in the care group.The control group performed routine obstetric care,and the care group used the mother and child bedside care model.Comparative analysis of maternal satisfaction with nursing and neonatal breastfeeding success rate in two groups.Results Through the research analysis,the maternal satisfaction of care group was significantly higher than that of control group,and the success rate of neonatal breastfeeding was also much higher than control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The maternal and infant bedside nursing model is applied to obstetric care,and its nursing effect is remarkable.It has effectively improved maternal satisfaction with nursing and the success rate of neonatal breastfeeding,helped maternal postnatal recovery,and played a major role in maternal knowledge and knowledge of neonatal nursing.It has high application value.
