民办高校向应用型转型的制度性困境、成因与机制构建

摘　　要：社会对应用型人才需求促使民办高校向应用型人才培养转型。民办高校转型有制度困境的成因,包括缺乏明确政策引导、照搬传统高校模式无法体现应用特色、市场偏见阻碍高校转型。民办高校在转型中要利用政策进行帮扶,根据实际情况进行特色办学,还需要社会各界共同构建制度环境,使民办高校能够有效突破当前困境,建立科学合理的应用型教育机制。The increasing social demand for applied talents makes private colleges face the situation of transformation in training application-oriented talents;however,private universities confront the institutional dilemma in the transformation,including lack of clear policy guidance,the inability to refl ect the application characteristics due to copying the traditional university model,and the obstacles to the transformation caused by market bias.To this end,private colleges and universities should make use of policies to help in the transformation,take characteristic school-running according to the actual situation,and jointly build an institutional environment with all sectors of society.The suggestions can help private colleges eff ectively break through the current predicament and establish a scientifi c and reasonable application-oriented education mechanism.
