摘　　要：吉林省跨境电商发展势头蓬勃,随之带来对跨境电商人才的亟需。高等院校是人才培养的主阵地,是产业人才支持的重要来源。在调研吉林省跨境电商人才供需矛盾后,本文认为加快高校跨境电商创业人才的培养是解决吉林省跨境电商人才供需矛盾的有效路径。本文综合运用文献研究、访谈研究和实证研究,提出吉林省跨境电商创业人才胜任力模型,构建政产学协同培养的思路,以促进吉林省高校资源优势向跨境电商产业人才优势转化,完成产业发展的人才支持。Cross-border E-commerce in Jilin Province developed vigorously,which brings the urgent need for cross-border e-commerce talents.Colleges and universities are important talent supporting to industrial talent.After investigating the talents contradiction of supply and demand,the paper proposes that accelerating the cultivation of entrepreneurial talents in Colleges is an effective way to solve the contradiction of Jilin Province.Based on literature research,interview research and empirical research,this paper puts forward the competency model of cross-border e-commerce entrepreneurial talents in Jilin Province,and constructs the path of collaborative cultivation of government,industry and colleges,so as to promote the transformation of talents advantage to the industry priorities,and complete the talent support for industrial development.
