摘 要:为提高数控机床人机界面评价的可靠性,提出基于层次分析法和神经网络的数控机床人机界面评价模型。构建数控机床人机界面评价的约束参数模型,通过层次分析方法得到多状态特征分量;分析数控机床加工的基频和倍频的参数特征量,采用神经网络进行自适应参数调度,在电容电压的浮动范围内进行空间位置参数的优化,实现数控机床的优化控制。仿真结果表明,采用该方法进行数控机床人机界面评价的可靠性较高,数控机床控制的稳定性较好,提高了数控机床的加工精密度。In order to improve the reliability of man-machine interface evaluation of CNC machine tools, an evaluation model of man-machine interface of CNC machine tools based on AHP and neural network is proposed.The constraint parameter model of man-machine interface evaluation of CNC machine tools is constructed, and the multi state characteristic components are obtained by analytic hierarchy process;the parameter characteristic quantities of fundamental frequency and multiple frequency of CNC machine tools are analyzed, and the neural network is used for adaptive parameter scheduling, and the spatial position parameters are optimized within the floating range of capacitor voltage, so as to realize the optimal control of CNC machine tools.The simulation results show that the reliability of this method is high, the stability of NC machine control is good, and the machining precision of NC machine is improved.
