摘　　要：目的探讨多种微量元素注射液(Ⅱ)所致不良反应的特点,为临床安全合理用药提供参考。方法对收集的110例不良反应/事件报告进行回顾性分析。结果以15~64岁患者为主(占76.36%);上市后监测到皮疹、寒战、发热、注射部位红肿、过敏反应等不良反应表现。结论合理使用多种微量元素注射液(Ⅱ),谨防严重不良反应的发生,提高临床合理用药水平。Objective To analyze the characteristics of adverse drug reactions(ADRs)of multi-trace elements injection(Ⅱ)so as to provide reference for clinical rational drug use.Methods Retrospective analysis of 110 ADRs was conducted to 110 cases ADRs reports.Results It took the patients aged from 15 to 64 years old(76.36%)as the principal;The ADRs such as rash,fever,injection site haematoma,anaphylactic reaction were detected after marketing.Conclusions We should rationally use multi-trace elements injection(Ⅱ),guard against the occurrence of serious adverse reactions,and improve the level of clinical rational drug use.
