参汤联合龙血竭含片治疗口腔黏膜扁平苔藓的效果

摘　　要：目的研究和探讨参汤联合龙血竭含片治疗口腔黏膜扁平苔藓的效果。方法择取医院2017年8月—2020年8月期间内所收治的66例口腔黏膜扁平苔癣患者作为研究对象,按照不同的治疗方式分为观察组和对照组各33例,其中对照组采用常规治疗干预,观察组采用参汤联合龙血竭含片治疗干预,分析和对比两组患者的疼痛评分和症状评分、不良反应发生率以及治疗有效率。其中不良反应发生情况包括了发热、恶心、头晕等。结果两组患者在经过了不同的治疗干预之后,观察组疼痛和症状评分为(2.06±0.41)分和(0.98±0.17)分,对照组疼痛和症状评分为(4.63±0.52)分和(2.11±0.38)分;观察组的不良反应发生率为6%(2/33),对照组的不良反应发生率为18%(6/33);观察组的治疗有效率为88%(29/33),对照组的治疗有效率为67%(21/33)。可见观察组的疼痛评分和症状评分均明显低于对照组,且观察组的不良反应发生率以及治疗有效率均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对口腔黏膜扁平苔藓的治疗过程中,采用参汤联合龙血竭含片治疗干预具有更好的临床疗效,能够有效降低患者的疼痛评分和症状评分,并且有效改善患者的不良反应发生情况,提高患者的治疗有效率,值得临床借鉴和推广应用。Objective To study and explore the effect of Shentang combined with Longxuejie buccal tablets in the treatment of oral lichen planus. Methods 66 patients with oral lichen planus in our hospital from August 2017 to August 2020 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to different treatment methods, with 33 patients in each group. The control group was given conventional treatment intervention, and the observation group was treated with Shentang combined with dragon’s blood buccal tablets Symptom score, incidence of adverse reactions and treatment efficiency.The incidence of adverse reactions included fever, nausea, dizziness, etc. Results after different treatment interventions, the pain and symptom scores of the observation group were(2.06±0.41) points and(0.98±0.17) points, and the pain and symptomsscores of the control group were( 4. 63 ± 0. 52) points and( 2. 11 ± 0. 38) points;the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 6%( 2/33),and the incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was 18%( 6/33);the treatment effective rate of the observation group was 88%( 29/33),and that of the control group was 88% The effective rate was 67%( 21/33). It can be seen that the pain score and symptom score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions and the effective rate of treatment in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the difference was very significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion In the treatment of oral lichen planus,Shentang combined with Longxuejie buccal tablets has better clinical efficacy,can effectively reduce the pain score and symptom score of patients,and effectively improve the incidence of adverse reactions,improve the treatment efficiency of patients,which is worthy of clinical reference and application.
