摘　　要：中医证候量表的研究是中医证候标准化的重要部分。中医证候量表研制的关键环节包括条目池的建立、条目的筛选、条目的权重的确定、条目的量化及量表的评价。现有的中医证候量表可分为诊断量表和评价量表两大类,前者侧重于测量目标的存在与否,后者侧重于测量目标的程度强弱,二者本质不同,研制要求也不同。现有量表除了不注重区分诊断量表与评价量表的问题,尚且存在临床研究评价体系不完善的问题。具有代表性的新型量表—全证候量表和循证量表分别有其优势和不足,仍需不断完善。新型量表的出现也被期望给量表的研制带来新的思路和方向。The study of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scale is an important part of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome standardization. The key steps in the development of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scale include the establishment of item pool, selection of items, determination of item weight, quantification of items and evaluation of the scale. The existing traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scale can be divided into two categories: diagnostic scale and evaluation scale. The former focuses on the existence of the measurement target, while the latter focuses on the degree of the measurement target. The two are different in nature and have different requirements for development. The existing scale does not pay attention to the distinction between diagnostic scale and evaluation scale, but the evaluation system of clinical research is not perfect. The representative new scale, the total syndrome scale and the evidence-based scale, have their advantages and disadvantages respectively and still need to be improved. The emergence of new scale is also expected to bring new ideas and directions to the development of scale.
