摘　　要：多发性骨髓瘤(MM)是一种克隆性浆细胞分化不完全的血液疾病,多发生于中老年人。硼替佐米可使MM病人生存期明显延长。本文旨在对硼替佐米的作用机制、药代动力学、临床研究、仿制药研发现状以及药物经济学作一综述。Multiple myeloma(MM)is a hematologic disease in which clonal plasma cells are incompletely differentiated.It mostly occurs in the middle-aged and elderly people.Bortezomib can significantly prolong the lifetime of MM patients.This article mainly focuses on reviewing the mechanism of action,pharmacokinetics,clinical research,current status of generic drug and pharmacoeconomics of bortezomib.
