摘　　要：涉农供应链具有中心化生产、去中心化交易、刚性库存、虚拟价值泛化以及路径依赖等特征。这些特征决定了涉农供应链价值创造过程表现出的异质性特征。涉农供应链的价值共创与知识共享特征、过程与机理是涉农供应链可持续发展的关键。通过分析涉农供应链的价值创造特征,对涉农供应链价值共创过程中的知识共享过程进行解析,探析知识共享的涉农供应链价值共创机理。The agricultural supply chain has the characteristics of participation of agricultural entities,centralized production,decentralized transactions,rigid inventory,virtual value generalization,and path dependence.These characteristics lead to the extremely heterogeneous characteristics of the value creation process of the agricultural supply chain.The characteristics,process and mechanism of the value co-creation and knowledge sharing of the agricultural supply chain are important issues for the sustainable development of the agricultural supply chain.The article analyzes the value creation characteristics of the agricultural supply chain,analyzes the knowledge sharing process in the value co-creation process of the agricultural supply chain,and explores the value co-creation mechanism of the agricultural supply chain considering knowledge sharing.
