摘  要:随着知识更新迭代速度不断加快,知识惯性对科技型人才知识创新的影响日益显著。在对科技型人才知识创新过程和系统分析的基础上,借鉴三元交互决定理论,运用系统动力学方法,构建了科技型人才知识创新系统动力学模型,并对其仿真检验。模型仿真结果显示:①学习惯性和经验惯性影响科技型人才知识创新;②知识惯性对科技型人才知识创新有抑制作用;③知识创新环境促进科技型人才知识创新。基于此,提升知识惯性下科技型人才知识创新应持续强化科技型人才跨学科交流和经验学习;积极破除科技型人才知识惯性;不断优化科技型人才知识创新环境。As the knowledge update iteration speed accelerating,knowledge inertiahas an increasingly significant impact on the knowledge innovation of technological talents.Based on the research on the process of technological talent knowledge innovation and system analysis,the dynamic model system of technological talent knowledge innovation was built by the system dynamics method referring to the theory of reciprocal determinism.Then the system simulation was realized by Vensim PLE software.The simulation results show that:①Learning inertia and experience inertia affects the knowledge innovation of technological talent;②Knowledge inertia can restrain technological talent knowledge innovation;③The knowledge innovation environment promotes the knowledge innovation of technological talent.Based on this,conclusions were drawn as follows.Continuously strengthened interdisciplinary communication and experience learning,break the knowledge inertia,and constantly optimize the knowledge innovation environment can enhance the knowledge innovation of technological talent under the knowledge inertia.
