摘 要:本文对高等学校集成电路设计专业本科人才培养方案进行了探讨,指出人才培养方案要以SOC设计和产业热点应用为背景,以“电路”和“系统”两大基本素质为核心,以硬件、嵌入式、系统应用和前沿科技四大知识板块为支撑,以模拟和数字集成电路全流程设计为主线,以完整的课程体系建设为保障。本文对相关专业制订人才培养方案和编写教学大纲具有一定参考价值。This paper explores on the undergraduate talent cultivation plan of integrated circuit specialty and suggests that the plan needs to be based on the SOC design and the industry hotspot applications and focuses on the two qualities,“circuits”and“systems”,which are supported by the four blocks of knowledge,hardware,embedded,system applications and the cutting-edge technologies and going along the primary line of the entire design flows of analog and digital integrated circuit design and guaranteed by a complete curriculum system construction.This paper has a certain reference value for the undergraduate talent cultivation plan designing and the syllabus writing of integrated circuit design specialty.
