摘 要:受到传统教学模式的影响,飞行控制系列本科生课程和研究生课程之间相互独立、不能有机衔接,本研培养分离。本文结合“本研贯通”培养模式的优势,对飞行控制系列课程进行教学改革探索,在课程内容贯穿性建设、实践教学一体化建设、多样化教学手段等方面进行改革创新,以加强飞行控制系列课程纵向深度建设,提升面向不同学生群体的飞行控制系列课程教学效果,实现本科和研究生两个培养阶段的有效衔接,促进学生知识、能力、实践、创新的系统训练和长程培养。Influenced by the traditional teaching mode,the undergraduate courses and graduate courses of Flight Control are independent and cannot be effectively linked,and the talent training of undergraduate and graduate is also separated.Combined with the advantages of the talent training mode of undergraduate and graduate integration,this paper explores the teaching reform of the Flight Control courses,and carries out reform and innovation in the aspects of the throughout construction of the course content,the integration construction of practical teaching,and the diversification of teaching methods,so as to strengthen the in-depth construction of the Flight Control courses.These measures improve the teaching effect of the Flight Control courses for different student groups,and realize the effective connection of the two training stages of undergraduate and graduate students to promote the long-term training of students'knowledge,ability,practice and innovation.
