摘 要:目的:探讨粒系集落刺激因子联合促红细胞生成素治疗慢性粒细胞白血病(以下简称慢粒白血病)伴贫血的疗效及对营养状况的影响。方法:选取我院在2019年3月—2020年6月确诊并治疗的慢粒白血病伴贫血患者82例,依据治疗方式分成两组,对照组应用促红细胞生成素(rHuEPO),研究组联合应用粒系集落刺激因子(G-CSF)。观察比较两组的疗效;两组治疗前、治疗后不同时间节点下的营养状况量化评分水平差异;两组治疗前、治疗后的相关实验室指标:红细胞(RBC)计数、红细胞比容(Hct)及血红蛋白(HGB)水平变化差异。结果:研究组缓解比率水平高于对照组(P<0.05),提示研究组疗效更高。研究组治疗后不同时间节点下的营养状况量化评分水平均比对照组更高(P均<0.05)。治疗后研究组相关实验室指标:RBC、Hct及HGB水平均比对照组更高(P均<0.05)。结论:给予慢粒白血病患者联合使用G-CSF及rHuEPO治疗,可显著提高患者的临床疗效,提高RBC、Hct、HGB水平,改善患者的营养状况。【Objective】 To investigate the effect of granulocytic colony stimulating factor combined with erythropoietin in the treatment of chronic myelogenous leukemia(hereinafter referred to as chronic myelogenous leukemia)with anemia and its effect on nutritional status.【Method】 A total of 82 patients with chronic myelogenous leukemia and anemia who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital from March 2019 to June 2020 were selected and divided into two groups according to the treatment method.The control group was treated with erythropoietin(rHuEPO)and the study group was treated in combination.Granular colony stimulating factor(G-CSF).We observed and compared the curative effect of the two groups,the quantitative scores of nutritional status at different time nodes before and after treatment between the two groups,the relevant laboratory indicators of the two groups before and after treatment including red blood cell(RBC)count,hematocrit(Hct)and hemoglobin(HGB)level changes.【Result】 The remission rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),suggesting that the study group had a higher therapeutic effect.The quantitative scores of nutritional status in the study group at different time nodes after treatment were higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05).After treatment,the relevant laboratory indicators of the study group including RBC,Hct and HGB levels were higher than those of the control group(all P<0.05).【Conclusion】 Combining G-CSF and rHuEPO treatment for patients with chronic myelogenous leukemia can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of patients,increase RBC levels,Hct levels and HGB levels,and improve the nutritional status of patients.
