早期乳腺癌经保留乳腺手术治疗的效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析保留乳腺手术对于早期乳腺癌患者的效果。方法筛选我院外科2015年4月16日—2020年4月16日收治的86例早期乳腺癌患者实施分析,通过随机综合平衡法对患者分组,分别为常规组、试验组,两组例数均等。试验组纳入43例采取保留乳腺手术治疗,常规组纳入43例采取乳腺改良根治术治疗,分析两组手术效果、治疗情况、生活质量以及并发症情况。结果统计并对比研究结果发现,试验组治疗总有效率及各项生活质量评分较高,手术出血量较少,手术时间较长,住院时间较短,美观度评分较高,并发症率较低,两组各项指标差异具有统计学意义,P <0.05。结论采取保留乳腺手术治疗早期乳腺癌更具有理想效果,该种手术具有创伤小、恢复快、美观度好等优点。Objective To analyze the effect of breast-sparing surgery on patients with early breast cancer. Methods We screened and analyzed 86 patients with early breast cancer admitted to our hospital from April 16, 2015 to April 16, 2020. The patients were grouped by random comprehensive balance method, which were the conventional group, the experimental group, and two groups of cases. The number is equal. The experimental group included 43 cases with breast-sparing surgery, and the conventional group included 43 cases with modified radical mastectomy. The surgical effect, treatment, quality of life and complications of the two groups were analyzed. Results Statistics and comparison of the results of the study found that the total effective rate of treatment and various quality of life scores in the experimental group were higher, the amount of surgical bleeding was less, the operation time was longer, the hospital stay was shorter, the aesthetics score was higher, and the complication rate was lower. The difference in indicators between the two groups was statistically significant, P < 0.05. Conclusion Breast-sparing surgery to treat early breast cancer has an ideal effect. This kind of surgery has the advantages of less trauma, fast recovery, and good appearance.
