摘 要:目的探讨人文护理管理理念对重症清醒患者心理状态及满意度的影响。方法选择2018年6月—2019年12月在我院ICU住院的70例患者入组作为研究对象,遵循随机分组的办法分为两组:试验组、对照组,每组病例为35例。对照组采用科室常规护理措施不变,试验组实施人文护理管理理念指导下的护理方案。比较两组患者焦虑、抑郁状态、满意度。结果干预后试验组焦虑评分、抑郁评分与对照组比较降低,患者满意度与对照组比较提升,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人文护理管理理念可以降低重症清醒患者的焦虑、抑郁状态,提升患者满意度。Objective To explore the influence of humanistic nursing management concept on mental state and satisfaction of patients with severe sobriety. Methods A total of 120 patients hospitalized in the department of intensive care medicine of our hospital from June 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the study subjects. The patients were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group using the random number table method, with 60 cases in each group. The control group carried out routine nursing, the experimental group carried out humanistic nursing management under the guidance of the nursing measures. Anxiety, depression and satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention, the scores of anxiety and depression in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group, while the scores of satisfaction were higher than those in the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Humanistic nursing management can reduce the anxiety and depression of patients with severe sobriety and improve their satisfaction.
