摘 要:目的探讨药师在肿瘤科的临床实践教学模式。方法以问题为基础的教学法(PBL)作为主导,结合授课教学法(LBL)和案例教学法(CBL),从临床药师的工作认知、理论知识学习、临床实践环节入手,对青年药师进行肿瘤专科临床药学培训。结果通过临床教学实践,青年药师逐步建立了临床思维,熟悉了工作流程,提高了发现和解决问题的能力,掌握了与患者沟通的技巧。结论以PBL为主导的多元教学模式,提高了带教效率,提升了青年药师的临床实践能力。可进一步完善培训及考核内容,更好地开展药师临床实践工作。Objective To investigate the clinical practice teaching mode of pharmacists in the oncology department.Methods Guided by problem-based learning(PBL),combined with lecture-based learning(LBL)and case-based learning(CBL),the young pharmacists were trained in oncology clinical pharmacy from the aspects of clinical pharmacists’work cognition,theoretical knowledge learning and clinical practice.Results Through clinical practice,young pharmacists gradually established clinical thinking,became familiar with clinical pharmacists’work processes,improved their ability to find and solve problems,and mastered the skills of communication with patients.Conclusion The multiple teaching mode led by PBL can improve the teaching efficiency and the clinical practice ability of young pharmacists.We can further improve the training and assessment-related contents to better carry out the clinical practice work of pharmacists.
