摘　　要：基于内生经济增长理论和利益相关者理论,选取2010—2019年煤炭行业上市企业数据,采用主成分分析法逐年构建了测度金融生态的综合指标,实证检验了金融生态、绿色创新与融资约束的关系。研究表明:煤炭行业的绿色创新会减弱企业存在的融资约束;良好的金融生态会增强煤炭行业绿色创新对融资约束的缓解作用。Based on endogenous economic growth theory and stakeholder theory, the data of listed enterprises in the coal industry from 2010 to 2019 were selected, and a comprehensive index measuring the financial ecology was constructed year by year using principal component analysis to empirically test the relationship between the financial ecology, green innovation and financing constraints. The study shows that: green innovation in the coal industry will weaken the financing constraints existing in the enterprises;the good financial ecology will enhance the mitigation effect of green innovation on financing constraints in the coal industry.
