摘　　要：对目前黑龙江煤炭行业人才现状从人才需求、特定岗位及人才结构等3个方面进行了综合分析,并归纳出煤炭行业人才缺乏的主要原因。针对黑龙江煤炭行业人才困境及培养情况从3个方面阐述了煤炭高校在专业人才培养中可采取的策略。Analyzes the current situation of Heilongjiang coal industry talents from three aspects of talent demand, specific positions and talent structure, and summarizes the three reasons for the lack of talents. In view of the current situation of talent cultivation in Heilongjiang coal industry, expounds the strategies of coal universities in professional talent cultivation from three aspects.
