摘 要:根据复杂网络理论,结合数字型创业企业成长的现实特征,从数字型创业企业的合作关系和行为主体两方面出发,在传统多局域世界网络模型的基础上提出引入加权特征的双边规则多局域世界网络模型,并采用Python编程进行仿真分析。主要结论包括:(1)数字型创业企业的成长依赖以数据和技术合作为基础的复杂网络空间,节点间边权的分布呈现“厚尾”的幂律分布特征,说明少数企业占据多数资源,而多数企业仅占有极少数资源;(2)数据技术适应性和数据资源吸引力是决定数字型创业企业快速成长的内在条件,提升适应性或吸引力能够帮助企业获得较高的网络位势,而具有较高吸引力的企业在网络中的位势更高;(3)数字型创业企业的适应性和吸引力能够影响网络中其他主体的网络位势,提高他们的适应性能力或吸引力不仅能增强网络中其他行为主体的网络位势,还能促进不同主体间的信息扩散效率,提升主体间的公平性。研究结论得到如下启示:应注重复杂网络空间的建设,鼓励数据资源和数据技术的共享与扩散;重视数字基础设施建设,激发数字型创业企业的网络吸引力和适应性;加强对复杂网络空间的治理力度,塑造数字型创业企业合理的网络位势。According to the theory of complex networks and combining the realistic characteristics of the growth of digital entrepreneurial enterprises,starting from the aspects of cooperation and behavior subjects of digital entrepreneurial enterprises,this paper proposes a bilateral rule multi-local world network model by introducing weighted eigentype based on the traditional multi-local world network model,and adopts the simulation analysis method of Python programming.The main conclusions include:(1)The growth of digital startups relies on complex network based on data and technology cooperation,the distribution of edge weights among nodes presents a"thick-tail"power-law distribution,indicating that a few digital start-ups occupy most of the resources,while most of the digital start-ups only occupy less resource.(2)The adaptability of data technology and the attractiveness of data resources are the internal conditions that determine the rapid growth of digital startups,other conditions remain unchanged,improving adaptability or attractiveness can help digital startups gain a higher network position and power,compared with adaptability,digital startups with higher attractiveness have a higher position and power in the network.(3)The adaptability and attractiveness of digital startups can affect the network position and power of other actors in the network,improving their adaptability or attractiveness can not only enhance the network position and power of other actors in the network,but also promote the efficiency of information diffusion between different subjects and improve the fairness between subjects.The research conclusions get the following enlightenment:paying attention to the construction of complex cyberspace,encouraging the sharing and diffusion of data resources and data technology;paying attention to the construction of digital infrastructure,stimulate the network attraction and adaptability of digital startups,strengthening the governance of complex cyberspace,and shaping the reasonable network position p
