摘 要:目的了解保定市城区小学生蔬菜消费现状,为针对性开展营养教育活动提供科学依据。方法参照《中国居民膳食指南(2016)》[1]蔬果食用参考标准,自行设计调查问卷,利用分层-整群抽样方法随机选取保定市某小学三至六年级小学生共计476人进行调查。结果调查对象在过去一周中,能每天吃蔬菜的小学生占59.9%,每天早上吃蔬菜的仅占48.5%;符合每日蔬菜摄入量和摄入种类的小学生分别占43.3%和34.0%;小学生获得蔬果知识的来源主要来自父母教育占64.7%,学校食育教育仅占27.5%。结论保定市某小学学生在蔬菜消费数量和种类上与推荐摄入标准存在较大差距,学校应加强相关营养与食品卫生教育。Objective To understand the current situation of vegetable consumption of primary school students in Baoding City, so as to provide the evidence for carrying out the targeted nutrition education activities.Methods According to the dietary guidelines for Chinese residents(2016) reference standard of vegetables and fruits consumption, a questionnaire was designed, and a total of 476 students from grade 3 to grade 6 of a primary school in Baoding City were randomly selected by the stratified cluster sampling method and they were investigated by the questionnaire.Results In the past week, 59.9% of the primary school students could eat vegetables every day, and 48.5% of them ate vegetables every morning;43.3% and 34.0% of the students were in line with the daily vegetable intake and intake categories respectively;64.7% and 27.5% of the students obtained the knowledge of fruits and vegetables from their parents’ education and school nutrition education respectively.Conclusion The quantity and types of vegetables consumed by primary school students in Baoding City are far from the recommended intake standard, therefore, the schools should strengthen the relevant food education.
