摘　　要：目的制备藤茶滴丸,并对其质量进行评价。方法将藤茶提取物干燥后制备滴丸;以外观、成型性为评价指标,筛选滴丸的冷凝液、基质配比、料液温度、滴距、滴速等。结果滴丸选取二甲基硅油作为冷凝剂,聚乙二醇4000浓缩液与聚乙二醇6000的比例为10 mL∶3.5 g,料液温度80℃,滴制距离6 cm,滴速40滴/min。结论优选的滴丸制备工艺合理、稳定、可行。OBJECTIVE To prepare Ampelopsis grossedentata dropping pills an d evaluate its quality.METHODS Dropping pills were prepared by drying extracts of Ampelopsis grossedentata.Taking appearance and molding prop erties as evaluation indexes,the condensate,matrix ratio,temperature of mater ial and liquid,drop distance and drop speed of dropping pills were screened.RESULTS Dimethyl silicone oil was selected as the condensing agen t,the proportion of concentrated solution of polyethylene glycol 4000 to polyet hylene glycol 6000 was 10 mL∶3.5 g,the temperature of material and liquid was 80℃,the dripping distance was 6 cm,and the dripping speed was 40 drops·min^(-1).CONCLUSION The optimized preparation technology of dr opping pills is reasonable,stable and feasible.
