摘 要:动物性食品中兽药残留对人体健康造成的不利影响越来越受到人们的重视,如何简化样品前处理分析技术,有效提高检出率已经成为当前兽药残留分析工作的一项重要研究内容。而液相微萃取技术是集样品采集、萃取、富集等过程于一体的新型萃取技术,具有操作简便、富集倍数高、成本低廉、环境友好等优点。新型萃取溶剂如离子液体、低共熔溶剂和可切换溶剂具有低毒性、制备简便、溶解性好等优点,使该技术向绿色环保、操作简便方向发展。论文主要就液相微萃取在兽药残留检测技术中的应用和新型萃取溶剂离子液体、低共熔溶剂和可切换溶剂在液相微萃取中的应用进行了概述。The adverse effect of veterinary drug residues on human health is more and more significant.How to simplify the sample pretreatment analysis technology and effectively improve the detection rate have become important research contents of veterinary drug residue analysis.Liquid phase microextraction(LPME)is a new extraction technology which integrates the process of sample collection,extraction and enrichment.It has the advantages of simple operation,high enrichment ratio,low cost and environmental friendliness.New extraction solvents,such as ionic liquids,eutectic solvents and switchable solvents,have the advantages of low toxicity,simple preparation and good solubility,which make the technology develop towards the direction of environmental protection and easy operation.In this paper,the application of liquid phase microextraction in the detection of veterinary drug residues and the application of new extraction solvents ionic liquids,eutectic solvents and switchable solvents in liquid phase microextraction were summarized.
