摘  要:为了模拟电磁阀实际工作时的压力等环境,在硬件电路的基础上设计了一个自动变速器电磁阀液压测试的数据采集系统。该系统能够利用压力传感器对压力调节电磁阀的输出端压力进行实时采集,通过外接电源对其输出端压力进行控制,并通过串口通信在上位机上进行波形显示与数据保存,最后,结合卡尔曼滤波算法对系统进行分析,得出设计的系统具有稳定性和可控性的优点。In order to simulate the pressure and other environment when the solenoid valve is actually working,a data acquisition system for the hydraulic test of the solenoid valve of the automatic transmission is designed on the basis of the hardware circuit.The system can use the pressure sensor to collect the pressure at the output end of the pressure regulating solenoid valve in real time.The output terminal pressure is controlled by an external power supply,and the waveform display and data storage are performed on the host computer through serial communication.Finally,the kalman filter algorithm is combined to analyze the system,and it is concluded that the designed system has the advantages of stability and controllability.
