摘  要:以胡桃楸为研究对象,对木材表面进行横纹、顺纹和逆纹3个不同方向的铣削加工,再用纳秒脉冲激光进行烧蚀。借助扫描电镜观察木材微观形貌,分析对比不同加工表面毛刺的物理性状,总结适合胡桃楸的表面加工方法。结果表明:激光烧蚀后的表面较之传统铣削加工的表面更为光滑,而激光烧蚀前对木材进行顺纹铣削能进一步提高胡桃楸表面平整度。Juglans mandshurica was selected as the sample wood.After milling the wood surface in three different directions:transverse,parallel and reverse,the wood surface was ablated by nanosecond pulsed laser.The micromorphology of wood was observed by scanning electron microscopy.By comparing the physical characteristics of burrs on different processed surfaces,the most suitable processing methods for Juglans mandshurica were summarized.The results showed that the surface after laser ablation was smoother than that of traditional milling,and the surface smoothness of Juglans mandshurica could be further improved by parallel milling before laser ablation.
