摘  要:脲醛预缩液(UFC)与尿素合成脲醛树脂(UFC/U),在合成工艺“t_(1)(碱性)-t_(2)(酸性)-t_(3)(碱性)”三个时刻添加木质素磺酸钠(SL)得到改性脲醛树脂(SLUF),借助非等温差示扫描量热分析法(DSC)和傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FTIR)对树脂进行研究。结果表明:1)SLUF_(1-10)树脂综合性能较优,游离甲醛和羟甲基含量分别为0.17%、4.04%,贮存期为40 d(25℃),湿强度为1.10 MPa,高于国家II类胶合板湿强度;2)SLUF_(1-10)树脂中木质素磺酸钠参与了UFC/U的树脂化反应,且SLUF_(1-10)(加NH_(4)Cl)树脂易形成交联结构而固化;3)UFC/U树脂羟甲基化更完全,亚甲基醚键增多;SLUF_(1-10)羟甲基含量和亚甲基醚键减少。The modified urea-formaldehyde resin(UFC/U)was synthesized by UFC and urea,and the modified urea-formaldehyde resin(SLUF)was obtained by adding sodium lignosulfonate to the UFC/U resin at three times of"t_(1)(alkaline)–t_(2)(acidic)-t_(3)(alkaline)".The resins were studied by DSC and FT-IR.The results showed that,1)SLUF_(1-10) resin had better comprehensive performance,free formaldehyde and hydroxymethyl content is 0.17%,4.04%,storage period was 40 d(25℃),bonding strength was 1.10 MPa,which was higher than the national II wet bonding strength;2)sodium lignosulfonate in SLUF_(1-10) resin was involved in the UFC/U resinization reaction,and the SLUF_(1-10)(plus NH4Cl)resin was easy to form crosslinking structure and solidify;3)the hydroxyl methylation of UFC/U resin was more complete and the methylene ether bond increased,and the SLUF_(1-10) decrease of the hydroxymethyl content and the methylene ether bond.
