摘 要:以改善粉状脲醛树脂复水性能为目的,探讨聚乙烯醇对粉状脲醛树脂复水后液体胶的黏度、沉降性的影响,并通过正交试验分析树脂固体含量、氯化铵、聚乙烯醇各因素对板材胶合强度的影响,确定胶合强度最优时各因素的主要参数。试验结果表明:聚乙烯醇的加入可提高粉状脲醛树脂胶黏剂的黏度。当聚乙烯醇加入量为10%时,固体含量为70%的粉状脲醛树脂胶黏剂黏度可达47.92 s。聚乙烯醇的加入在一定程度上能改善粉状脲醛树脂的复水性能。在粉状脲醛树脂复水后液体胶固体含量为60%、氯化铵为1.5%、聚乙烯醇为3%条件下,制得的三层杨木胶合板胶合强度为2.1136 MPa,达到GB/T 9846—2015Ⅱ类胶合板要求。The effect of the incorporation of polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)into powdered urea formaldehyde resin adhesive were presented in this study to improve the rehydration of powder.In this paper,the influence of polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)on the viscosity and sedimentation of the liquid glue of the powdered urea formaldehyde resin was discussed.The influence of the factors of resin solid content,ammonium chloride and polyvinyl alcohol on the bonding strength was analyzed by orthogonal experiment.The experimental results showed that polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)improved the viscosity of the powdered urea formaldehyde resin adhesive.When the amount of PVA added was 10%,the viscosity of the powdered UF resin adhesive 70%could reach 47.92 s.The rehydration of powder UF resin was improved with polyvinyl alcohol.With the solid content of UF resin powder 60%,ammonium chloride1.5%,polyvinyl alcohol 3%,the measured value of the bond strength of plywood was 2.1136 MPa.The bond strength of the pressed three-layer poplar plywood can reach the national standard GB/T9846-2015 classⅡplywood requirements.
