摘  要:试验研究不同来源日粮纤维体外发酵特性,选取三月龄"杜×长×大"三元杂生长猪15头,随机分为3组,对照组(基础日粮)、甜菜渣组(基础日粮+5%甜菜渣)、大豆皮组(基础日粮+5%大豆皮),用体外发酵法测定两种纤维原料的添加对猪日粮养分的回肠表观消化率和后肠发酵特性的影响。结果表明,生长猪日粮中添加5%甜菜渣和5%大豆皮对回肠的养分表观消化率无显著影响(P>0.05);对照组在2 h时的产气量显著大于甜菜渣组和大豆皮组(P<0.05)。大豆皮组较对照组和甜菜渣组的T1/2分别显著延长32.5%和26.0%(P<0.05);甜菜渣组较对照组和大豆皮组有提高乙酸浓度的趋势。此外,甜菜渣组和大豆皮组较对照组的挥发性盐基氮有提高趋势。研究表明,两种纤维原料降低养分消化率,添加5%甜菜渣可能显著提高日粮在猪后肠的发酵能力,大豆皮日粮较基础日粮和甜菜渣日粮具有较慢的发酵速率。The experiment studied the effect of in vitro fermentation characteristics of dietary fiber from different sources.15 three-month-old’Duroc×Landrace×Yorkshire’ternary cross-growing pigs were randomly divided into three groups.The pigs in control group were fed with basal diet,the pigs in beet residue group were fed with basic diet+5%beet residue),and the pigs in soybean hull group were fed with basic diet+5%soybean hulls.The in vitro fermentation method was used to determine the effect of the addition of two fiber raw materials on the apparent digestibility of the ileum and the fermentation characteristics of the hindgut of pig diets.The result showed that the addition of 5%beet residue and 5%soybean hull to the diet of growing pigs had no significant effect on the apparent digestibility of nutrients in the ileum(P>0.05).The gas production of the control group at 2 h was greater than that of the sugar beet residue group and the soybean hull group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group and the soybean hull group,the T1/2 of the soybean hull group were significantly prolonged by 32.5%and 26.0%,respectively(P<0.05).Compared with the control group and the soybean hull group,the sugar beet residue group had a tendency to increase the acetic acid concentration of the fermentation product.In addition,the sugar beet residue group and soybean hull group had a tendency to increase the volatile base nitrogen compared with the control group.The experiment indicates that the digestibility of nutrients is decreased by two kinds of fiber materials,the fermentation capacity of diets in hindgut is significantly improved by adding5%beet dregs,and the fermentation rate of soybean hull diet is slower than that of basic diet and beet dregs diet.
