摘 要:试验采用康奈尔净碳水化合物-蛋白质体系(CNCPS)评定新疆库鲁斯台草原春草场典型牧草的营养价值。从新疆塔城库鲁斯台草原春草场采集11种典型牧草,通过CNCPS中碳水化合物和蛋白质的分类方法,测定牧草中相应的营养成分,并进行分类分析。结果显示,从结构碳水化合物的可利用性方面比较,燕麦草质量最好,羊草和艿艿草次之,苔草较差。从非结构碳水化合物的含量比较,蒲公英草最好,娟蒿和盐豆木次之,燕麦草、羊草和艿艿草较差。从真蛋白质含量及可利用性方面比较,旱麦草、苦豆子、苔草、樟味藜、艿艿草、赖草和盐豆木质量较好,羊草、蒲公英、娟蒿和燕麦草较差。在实际生产中,需要对每种草料的营养价值进行分析和合理利用,提高草料的使用价值。In the study,Cornell net carbohydrate-protein system(CNCPS)was used to evaluate the nutritional value of typical forages in spring grassland of Kurutai Grassland,Xinjiang.11 kinds of typical forages were collected from the spring grassland of Kurutai grassland in Tacheng,Xinjiang.The nutrient composition of roughage was determined by using the classification method of carbohydrate and nitrogen compounds in CNCPS,and the carbohydrate and protein components were calculated and classified.The results showed that in terms of the availability of structural carbohydrate,oatgrass was the best,followed by Leymus chinensis and Sargassum fusiforme,carex was worse.In terms of the content of non-structural carbohydrate,dandelion grass was the best,followed by salt beans,Juanhao,oat grass,Leymus chinensis and Taro grass.In terms of true protein content and availability,the quality of wheat grass,Sophora alopecuroides,carex,Cinnamomum camphora,Taro grass,Artemisia artemisiae and and Saline leguminosa was better than that of other plants,while Leymus chinensis,dandelion,Artemisia selengensis and oat grass were worse.The nutritional value of each forage should be analyzed and used rationally in the actual production,so as to improve the use value of forage.
