摘  要:振动磨机的磨粉效果与激振系统动力学响应有较大关系,其激振系统的横向振动和稳定性研究具有重要的理论意义。根据弹性薄板小挠度理论和哈密顿原理,建立振动磨机环扇形激振板的运动微分方程。采用微分求积法离散方程和边界条件,计算得到环扇形板前三(四)阶无量纲复频率随无量纲角速度的变化情况,分析半径比和扇形角对环扇形板横向振动的影响。结果显示在不同的旋转角速度情况下,环扇形板会发生发散失稳和颤振耦合失稳现象。该结论为振动磨机的设计与研究提供了一定的理论基础。The grinding effect of vibration mill is closely related to dynamic response of the excitation system,and a study on transverse vibration and stability of the excitation system has important theoretical significance.Based on elastic thin plate theory and Hamilton’s principle,the differential equation of transverse vibration for the annular sector excitation plate of vibration mill is established.The differential vibration equation and corresponding boundary conditions are discretized by the differential quadrature method.The change of the first three(or four)order dimensionless complex frequencies of the rotating annular sector plate with the dimensionless angular speed are calculated.The effects of the ratio of inner to outer radius and sector angle on transverse vibration of the annular sector plate are discussed.The results show that annular sector plate undergoes divergence instability and flutter coupling instability in the case of different rotating angular velocities.This results provide a theoretical basis for design and research of vibrating mill.
