摘  要:在钢铁轧制时,针对轧机单辊传动系统上下轧辊拖动电机速度响应慢、同步性能较差的问题,设计了一种基于单神经元自适应PID神经网络的负荷平衡控制器与负荷观测器相结合的控制策略。在该控制策略中,负荷观测器观测出来的上下轧辊实际负载量作为负荷平衡控制器的输入,同时前馈补偿的加入能够抑制电机的速度波动。仿真结果表明,负荷观测器的加入对电机速度响应时间和同步误差改善效果明显,轧制前电机到达稳态的响应时间缩短了近26.5%。轧制时电机回到稳态的响应时间缩短了近16.5%,同步误差绝对值最大值减小了78%,同步性能得到了有效改善。In the aspect of steel rolling,in view of the slow speed response and poor synchronization performance of the upper and lower roller drag motors in the single-roller drive system of rolling mill,a control strategy combining load balance controller and load observer based on single neuron adaptive PID neural network is designed.In this control strategy,the actual load of the upper and lower rolls observed by the load observer is used as the input of the load balancing controller,and the addition of feedforward compensation can suppress the speed fluctuation of the motor.The simulation results show that the speed response time and synchronization error of the motor are improved obviously by adding load observer,and the response time of the motor to steady state before rolling is decreased by nearly 26.5%.When rolling,the response time of motor returning to steady state is decreased by 16.5%,the maximum absolute value of synchronization error is reduced by 78%,and the synchronization performance is effectively improved.
