摘 要:为了对后装式压缩垃圾车翻转机构进行轻量化设计,首先对翻转机构进行研究,基于Adams建立挂桶机构的虚拟样机,通过仿真得出油缸驱动力与时间的关系曲线,建立挂桶机构转臂的有限元模型并以虚拟样机仿真结果为依据施加载荷,将分析结果与试验台实验结果对比,验证所建有限元模型及载荷施加的正确性。基于HyperMesh的OptiStruct求解器及HyperStudy,对转臂进行基于变密度法的拓扑优化和基于全局响应面法的形状优化,对翻转机构转臂进行轻量化设计,与原始结构对比得出此优化方法具有较大的减重效果,对翻转机构的轻量化研究具有一定的工程意义。In order to lighten the overturning mechanism of the Back-loaded compressed garbage truck,the flip mechanism is studied firstly.A virtual prototype of the flip mechanism is built based on Adams.The relationship curve between the driving force and time of the cylinder is obtained by simulation.The finite element model of the turning arm of the flip mechanism is established and the load is applied on the basis of the simulation results of the virtual prototype.The analysis results and the experimental results are compared.By comparison,the correctness of the finite element model and load applied is verified.Based on OptiStruct solver of HyperMesh and HyperStudy,topology optimization based on variable density method and shape optimization based on global response surface method are carried out for the turning arm.The lightweight design of the turning arm is carried out.Compared with the original structure,this optimization method has a greater weight reduction effect,and has certain engineering significance for the lightweight research of the flip mechanism.
