摘 要:螺旋给料机是一种无挠性牵引设备,但是在输送黏性相对较大物料时,容易发生堵料现象,进而导致进给效率不高。为提高螺旋给料机的工作性能和适用性,实现高效输送,本课题以给料机螺旋体为研究对象,以螺旋参数包括螺距、叶片直径、螺杆内径和外径为优化设计变量,以螺旋体质量、进给效率为双优化目标;运用遗传算法,根据建立的螺旋参数表达式得到优化目标值;然后对优化前、后的螺旋体结构在ANSYS中进行有限元仿真分析,验证其合理性。研究结果表明:螺旋体重量较优化前减少9.34%;进给效率提高8.2%;螺旋体的最大等效应力降低16.7%;达到了轻量化、提高进给效率的优化目标。The screw feeder is a kind of non-flexible traction equipment,while conveying relatively viscous materials,it would happen to be blocked,which leads to low efficiency of feeding.In order to improve the level of working performance,applicability of the screw feeder and efficiency of delivery,part of screw feeder,the spiral is studied.The spiral parameters including pitch,blade diameter,screw inner diameter and outer diameter are set as the optimized design variables,moreover the spiral mass and feed efficiency are the double optimization targets in this paper;then the optimization values could be obtained through the genetic algorithm according to the established expression of function.With the aim of verifying the optimized feasibility,the values are compared with the help of finite element analysis in the software of Ansys.The consequence shows that the weight of the spiral is 9.34%lower than before,the feeding efficiency increasing by 8.2%,and the maximum equivalent stress of the spiral is reduced by 16.7%,which achieves the optimization goal of light weight and higher efficiency of feeding.
