摘 要:为分析计及变幅油缸作用的起重机伸缩臂在轴向周期载荷作用下的动力稳定性即参数振动,分别建立伸缩臂起升平面内和平面外动力稳定性分析模型,运用Hamilton原理结合有限单元法建立计及油缸作用的起重臂参数振动方程,获得参数振动的临界频率,从而得到伸缩臂发生参数振动的区域,并研究存在阻尼时动力不稳定区域的变化趋势。以典型的五节起重机伸缩臂为例,给出伸缩臂起升平面内和平面外的动力不稳定区域,并取几个特殊点进行动力学响应分析。分析结果表明,起升平面内和平面外可同时发生参数共振现象,6个特殊点的动力学响应符合参数振动分析的结果;阻尼的存在能减小动力不稳定区域,且在振动幅值较小的情况下伸缩臂不会出现参数共振现象。In order to analyze the dynamic stability of the crane telescopic arm acting on the variable amplitude cylinder under the axial cyclic load,that is,the parameter vibration,the dynamic stability analysis model of the telescopic arm hoisting plane and the out-of-plane dynamics is established respectively,and the Hamilton principle is combined with limited.The element method establishes the vibration equation of the boom parameters considering the action of the cylinder,obtains the critical frequency of the parameter vibration,and obtains the region where the parameter vibration of the telescopic arm occurs,and studies the variation trend of the unstable region in the presence of damping.Taking a typical five-section crane telescopic arm as an example,the dynamic instability region in the hoisting plane of the telescopic arm and out of plane is given,and several special points are taken for dynamic response analysis.The analysis results show that the parametric resonance phenomenon can occur simultaneously in the hoist plane and out of plane.The dynamic response of the six special points accords with the results of the parametric vibration analysis;the existence of damping can reduce the dynamic instability region,and the vibration amplitude In the smaller case,the telescopic arm does not exhibit parametric resonance.
