摘  要:锁头是常见的家用锁具之一,广泛用于门锁上。随着技术的进步,机械门锁逐步向智能门锁演变。按GA374-2019《电子防盗锁》中要求,锁头可作为电子防盗锁的应急解锁手段,但是传统的机械锁头的防技术开启能力较低,难以有效抵御有技术性开锁能力的不法分子。在传统机械叶片锁头的基础上,设计一种机电双重认证电子锁头,对其设计方法进行了详细阐述。该锁头通过电磁铁实现电子锁定,相比机械锁头,具有防技术开启能力高的优点。实际应用结果表明该设计在功能、寿命等方面具有良好的产品性能。The cylinder is one of the common household locks and is widely used for door locks.With the advancement of technology,mechanical door locks have gradually evolved to smart door locks.According to the requirements of GA374-2019"Electronic Anti-theft Lock",the cylinder can be used as an emergency unlocking method for electronic anti-theft locks.However,the traditional mechanical cylinder has a low anti-technical opening ability,and it is difficult to effectively resist criminals with technical unlocking capabilities.On the basis of the traditional mechanical blade lock,a kind of electromechanical dual authentication electronic lock was designed,which was electronically locked by an electromagnet.Compared with a mechanical lock,it had the advantage of high anti-technical opening ability.The practical application results show that the design has good product performance in function and service life.
