摘 要:随着配送中心仓储订单量的增加,出库订单向小批量、高频率、多品种方向的发展,订单商品数量和品项的差异化愈加明显,合理的库区分配,对缩短拣货路径,提高仓储分拣作业效率和整体服务水平的影响甚大。本文基于EIQ(Orerentry,Item,Quantity)分析,通过线性规划构建数学模型,对仓储库区的合理性提出了分析、思考与优化,以期提高分拣作业效率和仓储整体服务水平。With the increase in the number of warehousing orders in the distribution center,the development of outbound orders in the direction of small batches,high frequencies,and multiple varieties has become more obvious in the number of orders and items,reasonable reservoir area distribution,for shortening the picking path,improving the efficiency of warehouse sorting and the overall service level has a great impact.This article is based on EIQ(Orerentry,Item,Quantity)analysis,the mathematical model is constructed by linear programming,the rationality of the storage area is analyzed,considered and optimized,in order to improve the efficiency of sorting operation and the overall service level of warehousing.
