摘 要:采用核磁共振氢谱法,以1,2,4,5‐四氯苯为内标,建立了生物降解塑料中聚乳酸(PLA)、聚丁二酸丁二酯(PBS)和聚对苯二甲酸‐己二酸‐丁二酯(PBAT)3种组分的定量分析方法。该方法明确了PLA、PBS和PBAT的定量特征峰,建立了定量计算公式。同时测定了7批市售生物降解购物袋中上述3种组分的含量。结果表明,在内标物与目标物定量特征峰面积比1∶5~5∶1范围内,该方法表现出良好的线性关系,相关系数(R)均>0.99,3种组分精密度、重复性的相对标准偏差均≤3%,定量分析结果相对误差绝对值均≤3.0%,该方法准确且简便可行;该方法适用于生降解塑料样品中PLA、PBS、PBAT含量的快速测定。The contents of polylactic acid(PLA),poly(butylene succinate)(PBS)and poly(butylene adipate terephthal‐ate)(PBAT)were detected by hydrogen nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy(^(1)H‐NMR)with 1,2,4,5‐tetrachlo‐robenzene as the internal standard.The method identified the characteristic peaks of PLA,PBS and PBAT for quantita‐tive analysis and established their quantitative calculation formulas.The results indicated that good linear relationships(R>0.99)were achieved among the characteristic peak area ratios of 1∶5~5∶1 for the internal standard substance and target substance.The relative standard deviations of the precision and repeatability of the three components were all low‐er than 3%.The results indicated that this method was accurate,simple and feasible to detect the contents of PLA,PBS and PBAT.In addition,the contents of PLA,PBS and PBAT in 7 batches of commercial biodegradable shopping bags were determined,and the results demonstrated that the method was suitable for rapid determination of the contents of PLA,PBS,and PBAT in the biodegradable samples.
