摘 要:当今,中学生心理健康受到广泛关注。中学生身心健康发展关乎许多家庭的幸福,对社会发展也起到举足轻重的作用。在中学阶段教育课程中加入心理健康教育的元素,是为了向学生普及心理健康知识。中学阶段的学生心灵脆弱,做事不够稳重,容易产生极端想法,所以要利用课程促进学生身心全面发展。心理健康教育的开展为中学生德智体美劳全面发展奠定了基础。本文提出心理健康教育的问题所在,并提出对策,使学生树立正确的健康意识。Nowadays,the mental health of high school students has received widespread attention.The physical and mental health of high school students is related to the happiness of many families,and it also plays a pivotal role in social development.Theelement of mental health education is added to the secondary education curriculum to popularize mental health knowledge among students.High school students are fragile in spirit,not stable enough to do things,and are prone to extreme ideas.Therefore,the curriculum should be used to promote the overall development of students'body and mind.The develop‐ment of mental health education has laid a foundation for the comprehensive development of morality,intelligence,physical,aesthetics and labor for high school students.This article puts forward the problems of mental health education and proposes countermeasures to enable students to establish correct health awareness.
