摘 要:已有研究表明,通过减少果蔬保存环境中氧气的含量,可有效降低其呼吸作用,从而实现长期保鲜。为此,家电产品的科研人员一直致力于各类新技术的开发,以降低冰箱保鲜盒中氧气的含量,来延长果蔬的贮存期。这些技术包括富氧膜排氧、变压吸附氮气填充、变压吸附排氧、真空排氧等。通过对以上几种技术从原理、实现方法以及效果进行深入分析,同时对比了它们各自的优缺点,以期为冰箱控氧的设计提供参考。Previous studies have indicated that long-term preservation of fruits and vegetables could be achieved by reducing the oxygen content in the environment to effectively inhibit their respiration.Therefore,the researchers of household appliances have been committed to the development of new technologies to reduce the oxygen content in the refrigerator box,prolonging the shelf-life of fruits and vegetables.These technologies include oxygen rich membrane(oxygen-removal),pressure swing adsorption(nitrogen filling),pressure swing adsorption(oxygen-removal),vacuum(oxygen-removal),etc.It is expected to provide reference for the design of refrigerator oxygen control through systematically analyzing the principles,implementation methods and effects of the above technologies,and comparing their advantages and disadvantages at the same time.
