摘　　要：高校是培养高素质人才的重要阵地。高校开展教学质量评价工作,能准确把握学生的学习态度、行为和成绩,从而制订出更科学的教学计划与人才培养方案。目前,我国很多高校教学质量评价还存在诸多问题。为此,本文将区块链技术应用与高校教学质量评价,根据《深化新时代教育评价改革总体方案》的指导意见,结合区块链的优势功能,对区块链的高校教学质量评价系统的设计与实现进行分析研究。Universities are an important position to cultivating high-quality talents.Universities‘teaching quality evaluation work can accurately grasp the students’learning attitude,behavior and achievement,so as to formulate a more scientific teaching plan and talent training plan.At present,there are still many problems in the teaching quality evaluation in many universities in China.Therefore,this paper analyzes the application of blockchain technology and college teaching quality evaluation,combining the design and implementation of the advantages and functions of blockchain.
