摘　　要：本文简要介绍了PCR引物设计的方法和注意事项。在PCR引物设计原则的基础上,简单介绍了利用DNAstar引物设计软件的基本使用方法,对该软件的基因序列导入,序列的同源性比对,引物设计,引物的BLAST以及筛选后引物的综合评价进行了论述。This paper briefl y introduces the methods of PCR primer design and points for attention.Based on the principle of PCR primer design,the basic method of using DNAstar primer design software was introduced,including gene sequence introduction,sequence homology comparison,primer design,the primer BLAST and the comprehensive evaluation of the screened primers were discussed.
