摘  要:在超临界CO_(2)流体中采用微乳液携带清洗剂的方法,对羊绒纤维进行清洗工艺研究。探讨了系统的清洗压力、温度以及时间参数对羊绒纤维脱脂率、白度等洗绒效果的影响。实验结果表明:在超临界CO_(2)流体中采用微乳液携带洗绒剂的方法,能够有效去除原绒纤维上的油脂、色素及其他相关杂质。推荐洗绒工艺条件为:洗绒压力20 MPa,流体温度60℃,清洗时间60 min。扫描电镜观测结果进一步表明,采用该清洗技术对羊绒纤维表面的黏附杂质去除效果明显,清洗效率高,对纤维鳞片损伤较小。拉伸性能及手感评价结果显示,采用该清洗技术处理后羊绒纤维的拉伸断裂强力损失较小、断裂伸长率变化不显著,且具有优良的柔软性、滑爽性、蓬松性、回弹性及光泽。Cashmere fibers were cleaned by microemulsion with cleaning agents in supercritical CO_(2) fluid and the influences of pressure,temperature,and duration on the degreasing rate and whiteness of cashmere fiber were investigated.The obtained results show that the greases,colorants,and other impurities on the raw fibers can be effectively removed by employing the microemulsion cleaning in supercritical CO_(2) fluid.In this system,the recommended washing process conditions are as follows:the washing pressure is 20 MPa;the fluid temperature is 60℃;duration 60 min.The results of SEM scanning electron microscopy further disclose that microemulsion cleaning in supercritical CO_(2) fluid exhibits a good performance for removing impurities on the fiber surface,accompanying with a high washing efficiency and less damage to fiber damage is less.The results of tensile testing and handle evaluation show that the cashmere fiber has less loss or variation in tensile strength and breaking elongation,along with commercially satisfactory softness,smoothness,bulkiness,resilience and luster after being rinsed with the developed cleaning technology.
