摘　　要：针对消费者的贴身内衣穿着舒适性等问题,将功能性面料进行结合应用设计,根据市场调研分析,选择合适的棉/相变材料混纺比例为1∶1的调温面料和具有相同参数与组织结构的纯棉面料制作款式相同的内衣产品,并在温度15℃、相对湿度50%的人工环境仓内,通过红外热像仪拍摄6位女性受试者静止、跑步10、20和30 min时其服装表面的图像,利用软件进行温度提取,并将数据导入Origin分析内衣的调温效果。在此基础上将调温面料与纯棉面料进行拼接,以控制成本、丰富设计,对再设计的内衣进行调温效果检验。实验结果显示,调温效果在1、2、16、17、18号部位最明显,再设计后的内衣同样具有调温效果。To improve the comfort of underwear,functional fabrics were applied to underwear design.According to the market research and analysis,the underwears with same style were produced by tempering fabric with cotton/phase change material blending ratio of 1∶1 and the pure cotton fabric with same parameters and structure.Six female subjects were selected to do the wear trial in an artificial environment warehouse of 15℃temperature and 50%relative humidity.An infrared thermal imager was used to testing and captured the surface images of the subjects'clothing at rest,running for 10,20 and 30 min,respectively.Next,the temperatures were extracted by software,and the effect of the temperature regulating was analyzed by Origin.On this basis,the temperature regulating fabric and pure cotton fabric were stitched together to save costs and enrich the design.And then the temperature regulating effect of the redesigned underwear was tested.The experimental results showed that the effect of temperature regulating is most obvious in 1,2,16,17 and 18 parts,and the redesigned underwear also has the temperature regulating effect.
