清淤联合微生物技术的湖泊水体脱氮技术研究

摘  要:水体清淤是短期内快速降低水体污染物的有效手段之一,清淤后由于底泥扰动大带来的主要环境问题是水体富营养化。为探讨清淤+微生物技术组合运用时对水体中含氮污染物的去除效果,共设置了4组试验,进行了连续60 d的水质检测,分析了实验中各含氮污染物的浓度变化情况。结果表明:清淤后由于底泥扰动在短期内会造成水体中硝氮和亚硝氮浓度上升。投加微生物后30 d内可促进水体硝化作用,水体中TN和氨氮的去除率达到80%以上。清淤和微生物技术综合运用可有效地降低水体中含氮污染物的浓度,是一种较为有效的富营养化水体清淤防控措施。Water dredging is one of the effective means to reduce water pollutants in a short period of time.The main environmental problem caused by the large disturbance of sediment after dredging is the eutrophication of the water body.A total of 4 groups of tests were set up in this paper to detect the water quality for 60 consecutive d and to analyze the concentration of nitrogen-containing pollutants in the experiment.The results showed that after desilting,the concentration of nitrate and nitrite in water increased in a short time due to sediment disturbance.The nitrification of the water body can be promoted within 30 days after the addition of microorganisms,and the removal rate of TN and ammonia nitrogen in the water body can reach over 80%.The comprehensive application of desilting and microbial technology can effectively reduce the concentration of nitrogen-containing pollutants in water,and is a more effective prevention and control measure for desilting eutrophication water.
