摘　　要：北京市门头沟区清水镇清水1号隧道应用SPJ3017型混凝土喷射机械手进行隧道支护施工。介绍机械手的性能、工艺流程、混凝土配合比和操作要点,实践证明使用机械手喷射混凝土有利于节省人工,提高效率,加快施工速度。减少回弹率,保证质量并减少安全事故的发生几率。The SPJ3017 concrete spraying manipulator was used for tunnel support construction in Qingshui No.1 tunnel in Mentougou District,Beijing.The manipulator's performance,process flow,concrete mix ratio and operating points are introduced.Practice has proved that using manipulators to spray concrete is beneficial to saving labor,improving efficiency,and speeding up construction;the rebound rate is reduced,quality is ensured and the probability of safety accidents is reduced.
