摘　　要："直刺"是毫针刺法之一,也是针刺方向。直刺法又被称之为深刺法,主要是将40 mm的毫针刺入患者的穴位进行治疗。直刺法常被用于治疗部分眼部疾病、高血压、中风等。虽然早在《黄帝内经》中已有关于"直刺"的记载,但后世对于"直刺"的论述不够精准,导致了"直刺"针刺角度在操作标准上的误差,从而影响了临床应用。武连仲教授致力于研究中医针灸数十年,对诸多针灸理论均具有自身独特的见解。武连仲教授具有丰富的经验,重视取穴施术的治疗准确性,且认为对同一穴位采用不同的针刺方向、角度、深度以及方法,都会对该穴位的治疗范围产生一定的影响。因此,武连仲教授从临床实际出发,并精研古代文献,提出了新的"直刺"概念,弥补了旧概念的不足。本文从"直刺"的概念内涵、针刺的准确性、临床疗效和安全性等方面,对"直刺"概念进行了论述和介绍,为直刺法的临床应用提供借鉴经验。"Straight needing"is one of the methods of needle pricking and is also the direction of needle pricking.Straight needing method,also known as deep needing,involves inserting a 40-millimeter needle into a patient’s acupuncture point for treatment.Straight needing method is often used to treat some eye diseases,hypertension,stroke and so on.Although"straight needing"has been recorded as early as in Huang Di’s Canon of Internal Medicine,the discussion on"straight pricking"in later generations is not accurate enough,which leads to the error of"straight needing"acupuncture angle in the operating standard,thus affecting the clinical application.Professor Wu Lianzhong has devoted himself to the study of traditional Chinese acupuncture and moxibustion for decades,and he has his own unique views on many acupuncture theories.Professor Wu Lianzhong has rich experience and attaches great importance to the accuracy of acupoint selection and application,and believes that different acupuncture directions,angles,depths and methods for the same acupoint will have a certain impact on the therapeutic range of the acupoint.Therefore,based on the clinical practice and intensive study of ancient documents,Professor Wu Lianzhong put forward the new concept of"straight needing"and make up for the deficiency of the old concept.This paper discusses and introduces the concept of"straight needing"from the aspects of concept connotation of"straight needing",accuracy,clinical efficacy and safety of acupuncture,in order to provide reference for the clinical application of straight needing.
